Some 10 years ago , whilst going through some very stressful and life changing moments in my life I met Mindfulness ! I took the instructor course with Dr Andries Kroese in Stockholm following Dr Kabat-Zinn’s method. Further inspiration from Psychologist Johan Bergstad gave me good foundation to take the Mindfulness koncept as a technique in my work within Mental Health.
Through basic and simple exercises as for example: breathing-anchor, SOAL-mantra, bodyscan, standing-walking-seated and laying meditation, the Mindfulness koncept is a powerful tool for finding peace and quiet within and without !
